The Super Meet Up!
Once upon a time, I saw this beautiful woman (like me) here on tumblr, I back read her posts and thought that the name of her boyfriend is “Paul” like my Paul, I was very happy with my thought and so I asked her, but unfortunately I’m wrong the name is “John”. FAIL!! (Brother pala ni John yun) But with that ” Fail thought” our friendship online began, and started to be online bestfriends. <3
And last January (first saturday) I finally met her in person and I was late at nakakahiya lang. :| Anyway, we had our first meet up at TGI.Friday’s Trinoma. At first, I don’t know what to say to her because I haven’t talked to her really but I felt comfortable right away with her so kwentuhan galore na!

Jona and Rav

and I brought Paul with me, he is so interested to meet Jona as well because I always tell him things about Jona.
Yeah we all know that TGI.Friday’s is a bit pricey, but who cares! Haha look at the serving.

Jona and I had pastas.

and Paul had this huge chicken.

SOLVE!
The first meet up was really great!! Too bad bitin and we have to leave soon.
Our second meet up ay naganap sa Maginhawa! Heehee! I’m always intrigued about Maginhawa, masarap daw mag foodtrip dun so go na dun!

Jona, took a half day at her work for me. (Thanks babe!) and we ate our late lunch at Crazy Katsu.

Pork Katsudon

Chicken Katsudon

Seafood and Vegetable Tempura. Their price ranges at 140-150, not too bad.

After the Crazy Katsu, we are supposed to have dessert at Icecreamist but too bad, too many people and the place is too small and can’t accompany us. Well.. Next time!

So we decided to find a place where we could chill and with free wifi so Paul could play his online game while Jona and I make chismis.
Forte Coffee House is a nice place to chill if you want a quiet ambiance at kami lang ata maingay dun.

I never like coffee but this is really good, Chocnut Latte yum!

And Paul had a coffee Jelly.
I think we stayed there for like 3 hours? After that we went straight to Eastwood and meet up John, Jona’s man. (Nice meeting you two!!)

Grabe! This is one of the best gala and foodtrip ever which I’ll never forget!
Maybe you are thinking who gave me the superhero shirts that I posted before on instagram and facebook. And yes, that’s her!

This is the best gift that I got! THANK YOU!!
Now I could say you that we are now bestfriends, tanggalin na yung online na yan.. and live happily ever after, charaught!! <3
Tag-ay-tay!
After our Singapore, Paul and a friend of mine, Patricia were booked at Wingate Manor Tagaytay. Paul’s friend, Jonathan aka Jek jek came with us because we don’t know anything in Tagaytay and he used to live there, in short tourist guide siya.

Paul and Jek

Pat

and me. This is us while on our way to Tagaytay.

Our first stop was Picnic Grove. The purpose of going there was the zip line.

While we are on our way to the zip line, we were laughing because there are guys offering us to go horseback riding and they will tell you the name of their horse, its so funny! One of them was named “babes” hahaha. Wala lang mababaw lang kami.

OOTD: Polo: Cotton On, Pants: H&M, Shoes: Vans.

And yes!! Di kami nag zip line, kamusta naman diba? Paul and Patricia chickened out and Jek won’t go with me. All we did there was to sit around and waited till 11am for our check in.

And took photos.

OOTD: Top: Cotton On, Shorts: Jay Jays, Shoes: Vans, Sunnies: Ray Ban and Bag: K-Mart

After the long sitting and story telling, finally its time for us to go to our hotel.

The Wingate Manor is a little bit far from the main road so we needed to walk for like half an hour to get there.

The room is very comfy.
Happy Birthday Tita!
Actually forgot to post this, it has been on my drafts since I don’t know when.
Last Dec 10. Grabe! Ang bilis lang! I arrived in Philippines and that was Paul’s mom’s birthday. (Parang puro S lang eh noh?) I arrived around 4 in the afternoon and headed straight to Paul’s.

Anyway, so Paul and I were planning to take her mom out for a dinner at King Bee Chinese Restaurant (?)

We had lemon chicken which is actually nice than the honey chicken.

Spinach soup which looks weird but it do tastes nice.

Chopsuey

and the fried rice.
It was my first time to celebrate with them, it was indeed different because Paul’s mom and I are really not that close but anyway, it’s all good.

Me, Aj and tita.

and the family.
I wish I could celebrate with them again this coming December. Huhu! Wala lang, pinost ko lang to para sabihin.. Chos!
PS. More of my holiday shiz soon. :)
Singapore Day 3 (Foodtrip X Merlion Park X Shopping)

I booked the hotel for our last night in Singapore. I know I’m a bit stupid because I booked a hotel instead of staying in my aunt’s place to save money, but I don’t know.. Haha! Waley ng reason.

Checked in at Orchard Parade Hotel.

Tita Myra with Abid and Paul.

After we checked in and left our things at the hotel we decided to have lunch outside and visit the Merlion.

Waiting for the bus.

Will be having our lunch at Marina Square

First time to try indonesian cuisine.

Paul and I had chicken. Mine one was really spicy that I didn’t actually enjoyed it. Super hot that all I did was to drink water and soda.

Tita Myra’s family had this mini shabu-shabu.

dumplings

and noodles

After we had our lunch we headed straight to Merlion Park.

It’s so hot that day, as in! Caution: If you are planning to visit Singapore expect that its so hot there, more than Philippines, I guess?

Also my first time to try Ben & Jerry’s. YUM!!

Feel na feel ang pagkain ng ice cream.

Yan! Proof that I’ve been in Singapore.

My favorite photo. Koreanovela ang peg!

Okay, time to go back to the hotel because its so fcking hot.
Paul and I decided to take a nap for few hours and will go out to do some shopping.

Cotton On where Paul bought pants and shirts

Paul with the Pineapple Juice and alam na

H&M where I bought few tops.

All of the lights.

Bought two MAC lippies as well, yeah only two because Paul won’t allow me to buy more.

ION Orchard Shopping Center which we got lost. Grabe! Sumuko ako sa kakalakad tska kaka-shopping. We head back to the hotel and had some seafood cup noodles then sleep.

Bitin but super fun Singapore trip with Paulie!! <3 Sa uulitin!
Singapore Day 2 (Universal Studios)
When I woke up its raining and since I woke up I was praying that the rain would stop because our 2nd day which is Friday was my plan that we should go to Universal Studios. And lucky it did stopped!

View outside my aunt’s place

Ang taong di pwede maging tourist dahil mahirap pabangunin. I forced him to wake up of course so we’ll be there by afternoon and we could have lunch outside.

Me and the cutest avid while waiting for the cab

Paul and Avid with the construction site background.

Bus stop.
While we were in the cab the fcking rain started to pour again. The hell! But luckily it did stopped when we arrived in Resorts World.

Yay! Here we are. (Oo, eto lang talaga pinunta ko sa Singapore, Universal Studios)

Before we enter Universal Studios we had our lunch outside first.

I had chicken curry and Paul had Yang Chow Fried Rice. Pwede na!

Manny!!

Please paki translate naman?

Picture taking first before entering the Studios.

This is really is it!

Kahit medyo fail ang pagkakuha nung inutusan ko dahil tabingi, thankyou! Haha

Because I’m so excited, I forgot to grab a copy of the map. Waley!

Paul is not really into amusement parks because he doesn’t like waiting for long queues and he’s scared of rides. I know.. He’s gay! Joke! But he was forced to ride because of me. No choice siya!
Shrek 4D was our first ride and it’s really cool. Paul enjoyed it.

Our second one was like the “rio grande” of Enchanted Kingdom.

I didn’t get a chance to take a photo because we left our things in a locker so it won’t get wet. This ride was really fun!

Sesame Street

Madgascar ride was a bit boring..

My favorite!! TRANSFORMERS!! Dumalawa pa kami ni Paul dito. Heehee!

I badly wanted to ride the Galactica but Paul chickened out so ayun.. Anyway, I had so much fun!!

Till next time Universal Studios!:)
Singapore Day 1
Finally the long wait is over! Our first ever out of the country. Yay! Paul and I have been discussing before whether to go out of the country or just somewhere in the Philippines. But I insisted Singapore because I want something different and as you all know I’m not a beach person. I’m more into adventures and shiz so yun!

Paul and yours truly bored sa napakagandang airport at di kurakot na NAIA.

It’s Paul first time to ride a plane. And he’s with me, cool! <3

Waiting for departure.

CLOUDS <3

The 3hrs flight was extended to 6hrs because of the typhoon in Singapore we needed to stop over in Malaysia. Oh diba nakatungtong kami ng Malaysia. 2 in 1 trip. Chos!

Because we don’t have anything to do, we need to save our phone batteries and Paul didn’t bring his ipad, we’re so bored, so we just slept for the whole flight.

<3

After 123,022 years!! Hello Singapore!!

I have this auntie whose working in Singapore (My mom’s friend), she waited for almost 3hrs at the airport. After that because we are so fcking hungry we went to Pan Pacific to have our dinner, my aunt’s husband is working there so we have a discount for the food.

We had Caesar Salad which is really nice.

I also had Thai Chicken Curry which is way more better than the usual chicken curry

Paul had this Beef Stew with Mashed Potatoes

My aunt had Chilli Crabmeat Pizza which is awesome!!

The cute and chubby, Avid.

After that we head straight home. The actual plan was to visit the Night Safari but the weather is not cooperating plus Paul and I are really exhausted so we decided to just take a rest and get ready ourselves for Universal Studios tomorrow. :)
To be continued..
Madam Tussauds Sydney (Part 2)

As I’ve said, I’ll divide it into two. So the second part is up! I’ll pretty much make this as a photo dump. I guess I don’t really need to put some captions because I know guys that you know all these following wax figures.

Tired.. Tired with all the poses that we did.

By the way, I saw on the internet that in Madam Tussauds UK they have Justin Bieber, Jacob Black, Spiderman and etc. I hope they’ll add more wax figures here in Sydney. I’m looking forward to it!
PS. And I know, I look chubby in some photos. Sorry kasalanan ng dress ko at nung kumukuha! (Excuses eh noh?! Chos, okay I’m on diet!)
Madam Tussauds Sydney (Part 1)
My mom has been telling me about this wax museum long time ago but I was too busy with work and I work during weekends so I don’t have time to go but last sunday I had a day off, and everyone’s free so we grabbed that chance and went to this new attraction here in Sydney, the Madam Tussauds.

I think we had a hundred photos. But of course I won’t upload them all here, baka abutin ako next year! I’ll pretty much show you some of the good shots and I’ll divide this post maybe into two.

James Cook which is like the Magellan of Australia. (Kung tama man ako)

Julia Gillard, Prime Minister of Australia

The Princess and the Queen. Chos!

Rinna and Rihanna

MJ and mom

Raiza and.. I forgot the name that rock star. Baka kilala niyo? Hmm

Kylie Minogue

I think this is Madam Tussaud the wax sculptor, your works are amazing!

In this part of the museum they pretty much explain and show how they made the wax figures.

Only for the hair they took 3 weeks to make it. Imagine the rest? It was really ah mah zing!

Will Smith.

Albert Einstein and Raiza

Oprah and her very special guest, Ravonni

The last part was the Film Section and I’ll post it soon. I think we had too much photos with the section.

Lagi na lang ba ako pabitin?
Sanwiye Korean Cafe
Bet this place looks familiar? I blogged this place I think two months ago. I have no plan of going back here really because I don’t enjoy nature stuff that much but since my friend is here and I’m a good friend, I accompanied him here in Blue Mountains again.

My friend, Sylvester brought his japanese friend Yumi with him here in Sydney. Sylvester lives in Darwin which is in another state of Australia and his friend Yumi lives in New Zealand and Blue Mountains is one of the tourist attraction here so of course they wanted to see it.
If you’ll remember we rode the big cable car here before so we didn’t go inside and just waited for Yumi and Sylvester outside and have a bit of a snack.

My very beautiful mom. (Sabi ko payat siya dito tignan. Tuwang tuwa naman siya. Echos)

My youngest sister.

And yours truly..

It’s so cold that day but who cares, I want to wear skirt and vans.
After they tried the cable car, we decided to eat because we are all hungry.

Passed by this antique shop, I don’t know but there’s something with Antique shops that attracts me. I don’t know.. Haha labo! Looks creepy though.

This korean cafe looks very cosy inside and out so we decided to get in and have our super late lunch here.

The youngsters.. Ravonni, Rinna, Yumi and Sylvester.

My favorite korean food, the sea food pajeon.

Chicken Bulgogi which I had.

Chicken Salad.

Spicy noodles.

And this free chocolate wafer.
I didn’t really enjoyed the food because it doesn’t taste anything, matabang in short. I only liked the salad and the free wafer. It was a long ride home about 3hrs and we all slept in the car except for mom, the driver.
I don’t know why I posted this? Haha LABO LANG!
Malaysian Festival
My sister, Raiza. Asked the whole family to go to this Malaysian Festival yesterday.
While we are on the train. (Rinna, yours truly, mom and Michael)

It’s hard to bring a car to the city because it’s really hard to park so we usually go by train. And.. Maybe you’re asking, we call it city because that is where the big buildings and shops are. And yes, we live in the suburbs.

Before going to the festival, we stopped by my favorite Milk tea place here in Sydney, Happy Lemon.

My sister, Raiza.

I had my favorite Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese and my sister had the same but it has Cocoa. My mom had my second favorite, Milk Tea with Oreo Cookies and Cream and my youngest sister had a strawberry something.

The view of the stalls at the festival.

I love to see paintings, I don’t know how to paint so I admire colorful and abstract paintings.

It’s so hot that day that I wanna go home! Napaka KJ eh noh?

See the “ALL PORK FREE”? What do you guys mean by that? The pork is for free or you don’t put pork on the food. Haha!

Yes, okay. We just ate there.

We had some roti. Mine is an egg roti, its like a pita bread with an egg inside. and they have some curry sauce and sweet & spicy sauce to put on it. My mom, Michael and Rinna had the same but with beef inside.

and Raiza had this. It is wrapped with a banana leaf. its a rice with dried fish and egg on top. Very nice!

After eating, I said I wanna go to the shopping center because its too hot for us to stay outside (ang arte ko lang) we went to the Apple Store, I’m curious and want to see how does the iphone5 looks like and its good. But I have to stick my 4s so no iphone5 for me.

Then for dinner since my mom and Michael will be away on my birthday because they are going to Thailand, I shout for advance birthday dinner for them in thai resto and went home straight after. :)
